Which wrist should I wear my smart band on?

We recommend wearing the mart band on the wrist of your non-dominant hand for best results. Ensure that it sits just above the wrist bone and has a snug fit without being too tight. This will provide you with optimal readings..
Is it less accurate if it’s not tight enough?

Yes. For best results, the sensors of the smart band need to make and maintain skin contact. If the band is not snug enough and shifts around too much while being worn, it will result in less accurate measurements.
Can I go swimming with my band?

We advise against swimming with your smart band or ever fully submerging it in water. It is, however, water-resistant and can withstand minor splashes and sweat during exercise without a problem.
Is there offline storage on the P1?
